Our standard method of shipping fertility medications is via Purolator. Most medications are shipped for next day service Monday-Friday, with the exception of refrigerated products, which is not shipped on Fridays. Packages shipped via Purolator are shipped with a tracking number. If you wish, please contact us and we will provide you with the tracking number.
Shipping charges are dependent on the weight of the shipment, the distance it travels and the speed of service. Please contact us at (905) 669-6851 to discuss cost.
We do not accept returns on prescription medications once they have left the pharmacy. Please contact us at (905) 669-6851 if you have further enquiries or concerns.
